Church and monastery guesthouses offer pilgrims silence, community and often meals as well. We have collected those that their operators or church sources publicly provide information about – grouped by our pilgrimage routes.
Most church accommodation does not use online booking: it is best to arrange your stay by phone or e-mail a few weeks in advance – much earlier around pilgrimage feasts (Whitsun, St Anne's Day). Information checked in November 2026; prices and availability are provided by the accommodation itself.

This pilgrim house and conference centre near the pilgrimage church can accommodate about 130 guests, including accessible rooms. Its restaurant offers a pilgrim menu, and it also hosts groups, retreats and courses.

Pilgrim hostel of the Csíkdánfalva parish
Set up above the parish catechism room in 1996, the pilgrim hostel also hosts the Gyergyószárhegy pilgrim procession walking to Csíksomlyó at Whitsun. Group stays by arrangement with the parish.

Seven kilometres from Székelykeresztúr, with seven rooms and the renovated cantor's house: it comfortably sleeps 22, with a fitted kitchen, a large hall and a terrace. Camps and groups are welcome.

We found no publicly listed church accommodation in Háromszék. The Franciscan friary of Esztelnek occasionally hosts residential retreats; for the Háromszék Fortified Churches Route, Sepsiszentgyörgy and Kézdivásárhely offer hotels and guesthouses.
